Our 'Free Tier' plan is free forever for basic usage. For Pro features, we offer a 14-day free trial when you select a Pro plan, so you can experience the full power of Invoice Navigator before committing.

Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely! You can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. Changes will be prorated to ensure fairness.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) securely processed via Stripe. For enterprise or custom plans, alternative payment methods may be available upon request.

What happens if I exceed my plan's limits?

If you approach your plan's limits (e.g., invoice volume or user seats), we'll notify you with options to upgrade to a plan that better suits your growing needs. We aim for a seamless transition.

Is there a long-term contract?

Our monthly plans are billed month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime. Annual plans are billed once per year for a discounted rate and also offer flexibility at the end of the term. No restrictive long-term contracts for standard plans!
